Blue EMI LT payment collection via the payment link is redirected to Online Banking directly from the invoice or email.

BLUE EMI LT system options:

• The ability to create a direct payment link in reports;
• Possibility to encode the link with a QR code;
• Option to embed the payment link in the text of the email;
• When a payment is made, the payee’s bank account, payee’s details, amount and payment destination fields are automatically filled in.

• Shortens and simplifies the customer’s work when paying bills;
• Avoids errors in the payee’s bank account, amount and purpose of payment;
• Once the QR code has been generated, the bill can be printed – the payment link is triggered by scanning the generated QR code;
• Once the payment link is activated, the Blue EMI page opens, where the customer can immediately select his/her bank and log in to make the payment.

Basic principles of operation:

• A Blue EMI account is created and linked to a bank account specified by the company. No additional bank account needs to be opened;
• All customer transfers are received in the specified account;
• Blue EMI provides itemised statements: payer, purpose of payment, amount.

Taxation

• Taxation is based on Rivilės API requests. Each Blue EMI link generated corresponds to one Riviera API request;
• Charged according to the rates specified in the Blue EMI contract for payments actually made using direct links.

• Install the solution in Rivile GAMA;
• Revise report/invoice forms and email texts.
